About us
AI that fits your business and stays yours.
Machines Like Me helps enterprises put agents to work in complex environments.
Our mission
Who we are.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Grünwald, near Munich, Germany, Machines Like Me turns businesses into agentic enterprises.
We are neither a consultancy nor a software vendor. We deliver a complete service, from the first analysis to go-live, that scales like software and works directly inside our clients' own systems. From tasks that consume their teams' time to difficult migrations, recurring production issues and inconsistent data, we take on the operational challenges that standard software often leaves unresolved.

What we believe
What we believe
We believe every company should be able to automate on its own terms. Businesses in the same industry may face similar challenges, but their systems, processes and priorities make the right solution different for each one.
Our approach starts with that reality: understand the business, identify what is worth automating, and shape the solution around it. Every project should move the company closer to autonomy while keeping it in control.
Questions we get asked
How we work with you, in detail.
How we charge, where your data lives, who owns the agent and what happens after go-live.
How do you charge?
A fixed price per end-to-end process, agreed before we start. Strategy, discovery, build, go-live and a supported hypercare period are inside that price. AI strategy or process documentation on their own are charged as consultancy; for programs of many processes we agree an annual budget and write individual offers against it.
What if a process turns out not to be automatable?
You receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. There is no invoice for the attempt. Feasibility is usually demonstrated on your own process during the sales conversation, so this is rare.
Where does our data live?
In a dedicated subscription in your own environment: EU cloud, private cloud or on-premise. Processing and storage stay there by default, including AI inference where the model runs in your tenant. Where a process design needs an external model provider, we name the provider, the data that reaches it and the contractual basis, including a no-training commitment, in the solution design.
Who owns the agent?
The agent is yours to run, permanently. On fixed-price projects the source code and configuration are handed over to you as part of our standard scope, together with the process documentation, the deployment instructions and the runbook. A process that runs your business should not depend on a supplier.
How long does it take?
Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks. Most timelines depend on the complexity of the process, how many systems it touches and how ready your data is. The plan for your process comes out of discovery, not before it.
What happens after go-live?
A supported hypercare period: the process runs on real data with your team using it, we handle tickets on priority and tune rules against live operation until it is stable. Then we hand over to your IT with training and a runbook. If you prefer not to take first-line operation, continued support and monitoring are available as an optional agreement, scoped and priced separately.
