Every RFQ is answered from the same specifications, every project is commissioned against the same checklists, every service call follows the same dispatch rules. Engineering judgment and the work on the customer's floor stay with people; the specification reading, document production and dispatching around them are repetitive and still done by hand.
Our AI agents take over that work end-to-end, inside your CRM, ERP, WMS/WCS and field-service systems.

WHAT WE DO FOR INTRALOGISTICS
Turn project, service and back-office
work into agent work.
Agents handle the project paperwork. Engineers deliver the system.

Your engineers on the highest-value work
Skilled engineers and technicians are your scarcest resource. Agents take the documentation, scheduling and reporting, so their hours go to commissioning and complex fixes.

Finance, Controlling & Contracts
Books current, margins visible, cash on time.
Agents process AP and AR, run service-contract billing and project cost accounting, and orchestrate month-end close — so finance closes without the scramble.
Agents run IoT and telemetry pipelines, operate the data platform, manage master data and integration health, and control access — so digital operations scale without adding headcount.
The moment telemetry flags a fault, the agent opens the case on its own. It diagnoses the root cause from sensor data and service history, matches the parts and a certified technician, and schedules the visit within the SLA window, for every asset, every site.
The objective
Keep every site running without the triage scramble. Your service team only sees the assets that genuinely need a decision, and approves and dispatches with a job pack that is already complete.

Agents run inside your infrastructure, on-prem, private cloud or hybrid. No client data leaves your network without your approval. No dependency on us: it runs on infrastructure you control. The agent is yours to run, permanently.
You pay for the process automated, not consulting hours. If a process proves non-automatable, a voucher covers the next one.

Answers before the first call: the questions practice leaders ask us most.
Do we need to rip and replace our WMS, ERP or control systems?
No. Our agents sit on top of what you have — your WMS/WCS, ERP, CRM, CMMS and control systems. Where an integration doesn't exist, our agents operate the same screens your team uses today, on-site or remote.
They move up the value chain. Engineers design instead of drafting boilerplate, technicians fix instead of chasing parts, project managers steer instead of assembling status packs. Every agent action is auditable and reversible, and humans retain ultimate responsibility — commissioning sign-offs, safety approvals and dispatch decisions stay with your people.
How do you handle functional safety and quality standards?
Agents run inside your environment with role-based access, full audit trails and decision-level traceability. They support IEC 61508 functional safety, CE and quality documentation — but sign-off on safety-critical decisions stays human, consistent with the standards your projects are certified against.
How do you price?
Fixed-price per workflow automation. If during delivery we determine a process cannot be automated, you receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. Optional SLAs are agreed per project, based on business hours.
What's typically in scope for an intralogistics business?
RFQ response, configuration and pricing; project milestones, change orders and handover packs; engineering specs, BOMs and as-built docs; AMR fleet monitoring and WMS/WCS operations; preventive and predictive maintenance, field dispatch and spare parts; and finance, procurement and IT operations. We scope per team.
