Agentic IT operations.
AI agents that run the systematic, rule-based side of IT (onboarding, monitoring, service desk) so your team can prioritize strategic work.
ENTERPRISE AGENTS IN IT OPERATIONS
IT is built on rule-based work. That makes it agent territory.
Employee onboarding, round-the-clock system monitoring, service desk requests, standardized operations that AI agents execute end-to-end. We build them in your environment, and the result is yours to run, permanently.

IT PROCESS EXAMPLES
Six examples of what agents take over.
- People
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Agents perform the tasks tied to joiners and leavers — creating or deactivating user accounts and access rights.
- Service desk
Help desk operations
Standard help desk tasks: ticket assignment, initial response to requests, and tracking resolution status.
- Infrastructure
System monitoring
Continuous checks on the status of your IT systems — detecting abnormalities and triggering alerts when thresholds are reached.
- Knowledge
Internal knowledge assistant
An assistant grounded in your own documents, running inside your cloud, that answers the questions your team asks IT every day.
- Data
Data migration
Moving data between storage types, formats, or systems — with accuracy and consistency checked at every step.
- Documents
Document navigator
Scans and files made machine-readable, tagged with metadata and searchable, without changing the systems anyone uses.
AGENT IN ACTION
How a network operations agent works.
What it does
The agent watches your services against the thresholds you set. When one is crossed it identifies the most likely cause, shows the readings behind that conclusion, and proposes a specific, reversible action with its safety checks already run.
The objective
Incidents that are understood in minutes instead of hours. Nothing is executed without human approval, every action can be rolled back, and the incident closes with the evidence, the decision and the recovery already documented.

Simulated walkthrough, five steps. One: the agent watches uptime, latency, packet loss and open alerts across every service; everything is inside the configured thresholds, though latency is starting to rise in Europe. Two: at 14:32 UTC packet loss crosses the two per cent threshold and reaches 8.7 per cent, a twenty-nine fold increase in four minutes, affecting web, database and application services. Three: the agent maps what sits behind the gateway and concludes, with 96 per cent confidence, that traffic congestion on Primary Gateway EU-01 is the cause: interface utilization at 98 per cent, 14,280 queue drops and no configuration changes. Four: it proposes rerouting traffic to Backup Gateway EU-02, having checked that the backup has 62 per cent spare capacity, that the configuration validates and that a rollback plan exists; the action is reversible, stays within the approved automation policy, and is not executed until a person approves it. Five: four minutes after approval packet loss is back to 0.3 per cent, all three services are healthy, and the incident closes after eighteen minutes with its full audit trail. Illustrative scenario with sample data.
