Every SKU forecast, replenished and repriced, without the spreadsheets.

AI Agents across forecasting, replenishment, pricing, returns and customer service.

WHY AUTOMATION FITS RETAIL

Scale retail. Simplify the routine.

From demand forecasting and replenishment to price changes, vendor negotiation prep and returns, most workflows follow documented rules but still depend on someone executing them by hand, SKU by SKU and store by store.

Our AI agents take over these processes end-to-end, integrating with your ERP, planning, POS, e-commerce and customer data systems, and treating them as the systems of record they already are.

  2. Price & promotionPrice changes prepared, checked and pushed to every channel

INSIDE A RETAIL CHAIN

Custom agents, built for every retail department.

We don't deploy generic software. We design AI Agents around the processes, tools and people of each function, then connect them where it matters. Click any department to explore.

Merchandising & Buying

Range planned, vendors prepared, contracts renewed, scorecards current.

Agents assemble the negotiation pack and keep vendor contracts and scorecards up to date, so buyers negotiate instead of preparing to negotiate.

Automation potential55–65%
  • Item master data setup
  • Vendor performance scoring
  • Compliance / certification checks per category
  • Vendor / supplier negotiation prep
  • Vendor contract renewals

Planning, Allocation & Forecasting

Demand forecast, stock allocated, orders raised, exceptions surfaced.

Agents forecast at SKU, store and week, raise the replenishment order and surface only the exceptions, so planners work on the decisions the model cannot make.

Automation potential76–86%
  • Demand sensing from POS
  • Replenishment order generation
  • Stock-out risk monitoring
  • Allocation by store / cluster
  • Demand forecasting (SKU-store-week)

Pricing & Promotions

Prices set, promotions built, markdowns timed, competition watched.

Agents prepare the price change, check it against rules and competition and push it to every channel, so pricing decides the strategy rather than executing it.

Automation potential75–85%
  • Competitive price intelligence
  • Dynamic / real-time price changes (ESL push)
  • Base price setting
  • Price compliance audit (in-store vs system)
  • Promo execution monitoring

Supply Chain & Distribution

Flow planned, suppliers chased, deliveries scheduled, exceptions worked.

Agents run the administrative layer of the supply chain end to end. The physical handling in the warehouse stays physical, and the number reflects that.

Automation potential67–77%
  • Inventory visibility across network
  • DC slotting optimization
  • Last-mile orchestration
  • Vendor inbound scheduling
  • Carrier / 3PL performance monitoring

Store Operations

Tasks distributed, labor scheduled, compliance checked, issues routed.

Agents distribute and track store tasks and build the labor schedule. Execution on the shop floor is physical work and is capped accordingly.

Automation potential57–67%
  • Shelf availability monitoring
  • POS / cash management
  • Store P&L tracking
  • In-store task management
  • Store labor scheduling

E-commerce & Omnichannel

Content published, availability synced, orders orchestrated, fulfilment tracked.

Agents keep the catalog, availability and order orchestration consistent across channels, so the online team works on proposition rather than plumbing.

Automation potential75–85%
  • Online inventory sync across channels
  • Order routing (DC vs store vs marketplace)
  • Carrier integration & shipping
  • Cross-sell & up-sell recommendations
  • Cart abandonment / re-engagement

Customer Experience & Loyalty

Contacts resolved, loyalty run, feedback analyzed, churn addressed.

Agents resolve routine contact end to end and hand the advisor context for the rest, so service volume rises without headcount.

Automation potential75–85%
  • Reward redemption processing
  • Customer data quality
  • Email / SMS marketing automation
  • Loyalty program enrollment
  • CRM segmentation

Returns & Reverse Logistics

Returns authorized, refunds released, fraud flagged, stock recovered.

Agents process the return and the refund and flag the abuse patterns, so the team works the exceptions rather than the queue.

Automation potential74–84%
  • Return label generation
  • Refund / exchange processing
  • Carrier return scheduling
  • Return reason classification
  • In-store return processing

Marketing, Trade & Content

Campaigns executed, content produced, trade funds tracked, results attributed.

Agents produce and deploy campaign content and reconcile trade spend, so marketing spends its time on the idea and the customer.

Automation potential71–81%
  • Product description generation (generative AI)
  • Social media content scheduling
  • Localization across markets
  • Performance marketing optimization (SEM, SEO)
  • Brand asset library / DAM

Finance, Controlling & Sustainability

Close run, payables processed, margin reported, disclosures assembled.

Agents run the transactional core of finance. Sustainability disclosure depends on supplier data, so it sits lower and the range shows it.

Automation potential64–74%
  • Vendor invoice processing & settlement
  • Store-level P&L
  • Tax compliance (VAT, e-invoicing)
  • Margin analytics & shrinkage attribution
  • Vendor allowances / rebates tracking

HR, Workforce & Compliance

Shifts planned, onboarding run, payroll processed, policies attested.

Agents handle the transactional side of HR. Decisions about people are high risk under the EU AI Act and stay with a human, which caps that part.

Automation potential62–72%
  • Payroll preparation
  • Time & attendance tracking
  • Labor law compliance (working time)
  • Onboarding & training paths
  • Diversity & inclusion reporting
See HR & Payroll agents across industries →

Data, Tech & Security

Pipelines watched, access governed, incidents handled, quality tested.

Agents run the service desk and keep the data platform and access model current as people join, move and leave.

Automation potential72–82%
  • Data warehouse / BI pipelines
  • Network / store connectivity
  • Data quality monitoring
  • ESL infrastructure management
  • IT helpdesk for stores

  1. Your environment, your data

Agents run inside your infrastructure, on-prem, private cloud or hybrid. No data leaves your network without your approval. No dependency on us: it runs on infrastructure you control. The agent is yours to run, permanently.

  2. Fixed price per process

You pay for the process automated, not consulting hours. If a process proves non-automatable, a voucher covers the next one.

  3. From 12 weeks · fastest go-live

Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the process and the systems it touches. Payback within one year for the large majority of projects.

RETAIL FAQ

What retail operators ask us.

Answers before the first call: the questions retail operators ask us most.

Do we need to replace our ERP, planning tool or POS?

No. Our agents sit on top of what you have: the ERP, the planning and replenishment tool, the POS, the e-commerce platform and the customer data platform. Where an integration does not exist, our agents operate the same screens your staff uses today.

How we integrate with each system →
What do the automation potential figures mean?

They measure technical automation potential: how much of the human work in a process is technically automatable at full deployment with clean, integrated data. They are not a forecast of headcount reduction and not an efficiency rate already achieved. Physical work in stores and warehouses, and decisions about people, are capped explicitly.

How we integrate with each system →
How do you handle decisions about staff?

We do not automate them. Under the EU AI Act, screening candidates and evaluating performance are high risk and require human oversight. Agents prepare, structure and document; the decision stays with your managers, and that is reflected in the figures we publish.

Where is our data, including customer and payment data?

Hosted in the region of your choice, GDPR-aligned, with role-based access and full audit trails, and the option of private or on-prem deployment. Payment data stays within your PCI DSS scope. Your data is never used to train anyone else's models.

Where agents run and who holds access →
How do you price, and how long does it take?

Fixed price per workflow automation. If during delivery we determine a process cannot be automated, you receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the context of each project.
