WHY AUTOMATION FITS LEGAL SERVICES

Less admin.More time for legal work.

Our AI agents gather client information for conflict and KYC checks, organize documents against due diligence checklists, track deadlines and flag missing information. They also prepare billing narratives from time entries, check invoices against client billing rules and route exceptions for review.

They carry out these workflows inside your existing document, practice management and e-billing systems, with lawyers in control of legal judgment and key approvals.

LEGAL SERVICES FAQ

What law firms ask us.

Answers before the first call: the questions managing partners and COOs ask us most.

How do you protect client confidentiality and privilege?

Agents run entirely inside your environment: on-prem, private cloud or your own hybrid setup. Client documents, matter files and privileged communications stay in your environment by default. Matter-level access control and information barriers apply to agents exactly as they apply to people, and every access and every output is logged.

Where agents run and who holds access →
Do we need to replace our DMS, practice management or e-billing systems?

No. Our agents sit on top of iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, your practice and finance system and your e-billing gateway. Where an integration does not exist, agents operate through the same interfaces your staff use today.

How we integrate with each system →
Who signs off the work?

A lawyer. Agents prepare, review, draft and check; the fee earner reviews and approves before anything leaves the firm. Under the EU AI Act legal research and drafting tools are limited-risk, and we keep a human in the loop on every deployment regardless.

How long it takes →
What do the automation potential figures mean?

They measure technical automation potential: how much of the human work in a process is technically automatable at full deployment with clean, integrated data. They are not a forecast of headcount reduction and not a promise of realized savings. Legal judgment is not counted.

How we integrate with each system →
How do you handle decisions about staff?

We do not automate them. Under the EU AI Act, screening candidates and evaluating performance are high risk and require human oversight. Agents schedule, track and document; hiring, appraisal and promotion decisions stay with your partners.

How do you price, and how long does it take?

Fixed price per workflow automation. If during delivery we determine a process cannot be automated, you receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the process and the systems it touches.
