WHY AUTOMATION FITS REAL ESTATE

Real estate expertise. Less routine work.

Our AI agents extract key details from leases, title documents and technical reports, flag missing information and prepare acquisition review files. They also reconcile rent rolls, valuations and fund accounts, highlighting discrepancies before preparing investor reports.

They handle these workflows inside your existing property, accounting and document management systems and data rooms, with investment decisions and final approvals in your team's hands.

REAL ESTATE FAQ

What real estate companies ask us.

Answers before the first call: the questions asset managers, CFOs and heads of IT ask us most.

Do the agents work with our property system, fund accounting and data rooms?

Yes. Agents work on the systems you already run: SAP RE-FX, Yardi, MRI or a local property system, your fund and property accounting, your document management system and the data room providers you use for transactions and fundraising. Where an interface exists we use it; where it does not, the agent operates through the same screens your team uses today.

How we integrate with each system →
How does this fit with our external property managers?

Agents sit on your side of the relationship: they read the reports and reconciliations your property managers send, compare them against budgets, leases and SLAs, and prepare your review and instructions. Day-to-day building operations for third-party owners are a different page on this site, Property Management.

Where does the data stay?

Inside your environment by default: on-prem, private cloud or your own hybrid setup. Leases, valuations, investor data and tenant data stay within your perimeter, and access follows the same roles and information barriers you apply to people. If an external model provider is part of the design, we name the provider, the data involved and the contractual basis for it.

Where agents run and who holds access →
What do the automation potential figures mean?

They measure technical automation potential: how much of the human work in a process is technically automatable at full deployment with clean, integrated data. They are not a forecast of headcount reduction and not a promise of realized savings. Investment decisions, valuations signed by your valuers and decisions about people are not counted.

How we integrate with each system →
Can we start with one process, for example lease abstraction or the investor pack?

That is how most projects start: one process, one portfolio or one fund, agreed in discovery. Because the agent works on your systems rather than on a separate platform, extending it to the next fund or the next asset class is a configuration of the same agent, not a new project.

How we integrate with each system →
How do you price, and how long does it take?

Fixed price per end-to-end process, agreed before the work starts. If during delivery we determine a process cannot be automated, you receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the process and the systems it touches.
