Changing delivery schedules, PPAP submissions and time-sensitive 8D responses keep automotive suppliers under pressure. Teams spend hours gathering quality records, matching part data and preparing customer documentation.
Our AI agents automate that work across your ERP, PLM, QMS and OEM portals, flagging discrepancies and assembling documents for review. Your people stay in control of engineering decisions and customer relationships.

PPAPs and 8Ds, built from the data you already have.
The data behind a PPAP package, an 8D report or a CBAM declaration already sits in your ERP, PLM and quality system. AI agents pull it together in each OEM's format, draft the report and prepare the declaration, inside your environment.

Sales & Program Management
Quotes built, programs launched, price rounds argued with evidence.
Agents read incoming RFQs, build the cost breakdown in the OEM format, set up the APQP timing plan and track it to every gate, handle change requests and debit notes, and assemble the dossier for the annual price round. Bid decisions, margins and the customer relationship stay with your sales and program managers.
Agents run engineering change requests through impact assessment and release, keep EBOM and MBOM in step, draft DFMEAs and DVP&R from prior programs, trace OEM requirements to design and test, and distribute drawing releases to plants and suppliers. Design decisions and test interpretation stay with your engineers.
Agents run RFQs to tier-2 suppliers and build the comparison, chase supplier PPAP submissions per program, match invoices three ways, maintain contracts and index clauses, compile scorecards and draft recovery claims. Supplier selection and negotiation stay with your buyers.

Self-billing reconciled, retro prices posted, every plant closed on time.
Agents reconcile OEM self-billing documents against deliveries and price agreements, process retroactive price adjustments across deliveries, run accounts payable and receivable, close the month across plants and roll up product costs from routings and BOMs. Judgments, approvals and the negotiation of disputes stay with your controllers.
Shifts planned, temporary labor administered, training tracked.
Agents support shift planning against demand and labor rules, administer temporary workers from agency request to invoice reconciliation, prepare payroll inputs, track mandatory training and certifications and answer routine employee questions. Recruitment, appraisal and promotion decisions are high risk under the EU AI Act and stay with your managers.
EDI watched, access reviewed, ERP, PLM and MES kept in step.
Agents monitor EDI traffic with OEMs and suppliers and resolve failed messages, handle the service desk across plants, provision access and run periodic reviews, govern master data quality and monitor the interfaces between ERP, PLM, MES and the quality system. Architecture decisions and OT changes stay with your IT team.
Agents run inside your infrastructure, on-prem, private cloud or hybrid. No data leaves your network without your approval. No dependency on us: it runs on infrastructure you control. The agent is yours to run, permanently.
You pay for the process automated, not consulting hours. If a process proves non-automatable, a voucher covers the next one.

From 12 weeks · fastest go-live
Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the process and the systems it touches. Payback within one year for the large majority of projects.
Answers before the first call: the questions plant managers, quality leads and IT departments ask us most.
Do the agents work with our OEM portals and EDI?
Yes. Agents read EDI releases and ASN acknowledgements in the formats your OEMs use, and they work in the OEM supplier portals the same way your team does today: collecting scorecards, complaints, PPAP requests and self-billing documents, and submitting what has to go back. Where an OEM offers an interface we use it; where it does not, the agent operates through the portal.
Does this touch IATF 16949 or our customer-specific requirements?
It supports them. Agents assemble PPAP packages, document 8Ds, keep control plans and PFMEAs in step with changes and prepare audit evidence, all inside your quality system and with every step traceable. The part submission warrant, the root cause and the corrective action remain decisions of your quality engineers, which is how your certification body expects it.
Inside your environment by default: on-prem, private cloud or your own hybrid setup. Drawings, OEM specifications, prices and supplier data stay within your perimeter, and access follows the same roles and information barriers you apply to people. If an external model provider is part of the design, we name the provider, the data involved and the contractual basis for it.
They measure technical automation potential: how much of the human work in a process is technically automatable at full deployment with clean, integrated data. They are not a forecast of headcount reduction and not a promise of realized savings. Work on the line and decisions your people are meant to take are not counted.
That is how most projects start: one process, one plant or one OEM, agreed in discovery. Because the agent works on your ERP, PLM and quality system rather than on a separate platform, extending it to the next plant or OEM is a configuration of the same agent, not a new project.
Fixed price per end-to-end process, agreed before the work starts. If during delivery we determine a process cannot be automated, you receive a voucher to automate a different process instead. Our fastest projects go live from 12 weeks; the plan for yours comes out of discovery, because it depends on the process and the systems it touches.
