Role overview

This is a remote role, open to candidates anywhere.

Deliver AI-powered solutions in real customer environments by embedding with customers, translating ambiguous business needs into structured implementations, and ensuring effective execution.

What you will do

• Own technical delivery from first prototype to stable production.
• Embed directly with customers to understand their workflows, data, constraints, and what success means for them.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into structured technical plans and manage expectations across scope, speed, and quality.
• Build on top of the internal platform by identifying reusable patterns and developing custom code where it adds value.
• Work in short, high-feedback delivery loops: prototype, validate, iterate, harden, and scale solutions.
• Lead customer-facing communication in English, including discovery, progress updates, reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Identify risks, remove blockers early, and adjust plans to protect delivery outcomes.
• Contribute reusable patterns, tools, and learnings back into the platform so future projects start from a stronger baseline.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in software engineering and technical delivery, ideally with direct customer-facing exposure and ownership of implementation outcomes.
• Strong software engineering foundation with production experience in Backend (Python / FastAPI).
• Frontend development experience with React / Next.js, plus familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of orchestration and automation tools such as Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments, business acumen and outcome-oriented thinking.
• Learning mindset, adaptability, collaboration, and ownership.
